All returns that comply with the consumers guarantees act will be accepted such as the product is not fit for purpose, or there is a manufacturing fault. This does not cover damage that may occur by accident, misuse or general wear and tear.
We must receive your order and payment before 10am in order to dispatch your order the next business day. Rural deliveries may differ.

RETURNS & DAMAGE
Refunds or replacements will be made for a product incorrectly sent or a faulty product being received. Please ensure you contact Sheds Online regarding your concern and we will help you through the process of returning or replacing your product. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are your responsibility.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Yes, you are able to cancel your order if your item has not been sent or picked up by the courier company. If your purchase has been processed and is awaiting pickup postage fees (if any) may not be included in your refund.
